PBSCA is a registered 501 (c) (3) charitable organization (EIN 77-060063) and since 2004 our mission has been to foster cultural and personal ties between residents of Portland, OR and Bologna, Italy through a vibrant event and youth exchange program.
We welcome contributions from individuals, businesses and foundations, and your gift is tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.
