RAFFLE PRIZE: 2021 PORTLAND-BOLOGNA WELCOME PACKET
Our 2021 Portland-Bologna Welcome Packet for two people includes a 3-day pass to the 2021 Portland Rose Festival Royal Rosarians Hospitality Food and Spirits Suite at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lloyd Center Hotel, two tickets to their theme inspired Friday Night Fun Night on June 11, 2021, and two tickets to the Grand Floral Ball on June 12, 2021 where the newly crowned Queen of Rosaria will be introduced. All events are hosted by the Royal Rosarians during Portland’s Rose Festival Week.

2021 BIPOC YOUTH SCHOLARSHIP
This year, thanks to the financial contributions of our supporters who purchase raffle tickets, PBSCA will offer a full Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC) Student Scholarship for a Portland youth to participate in our Bologna exchange program. This scholarship will fully cover costs of both travel and hosting (approximately $4,300).
Though we have always prided ourselves on providing an affordable exchange opportunity to all of our participants—offsetting family costs by approximately 50% per student—the expenses and support involved with travel and hosting are prohibitive for many. We want to bridge this gap and specifically encourage participation from families in the Black and Brown community who have been underrepresented in our student cohorts.

Tickets are $10 each or $100 for 12 tickets! The winner will be drawn live during Sagra, on October 18th, 2020. Winner need not be present to win.
